Cabals / TRIBUNAL
During the great War of the Demon Lord Malchaeius, the castle of the Knights of the Crown was sacked for the first time in known history. Under the guidance of the Green Lady, Eshaine, the power of the organization known as the Justices of the land was broken, and all Order was shattered. Val Miran was buried beneath a verdant sea of grass and foliage, while Miruvhor was taken and gripped in an iron claw by the ever-opportunistic Syndicate. Chaos seemed to have won a final victory over its old opponent, as the royals of the land were driven into hiding, and the guardians of the law, destroyed. And yet, as with all things in these Forsaken Lands, after an ebb, there comes a rising flow. So it was with the Tribunal. What forces of the law remained, coalesced and formed a strong union in Rheydin. Governed by the royals and rulers of the cities, and with the remnants of the old Justice serving as their defenders and inner core, slowly they gathered strength, as Rheydin became their last outpost, their last stand. Soon, their rank of the self-titled 'Militia' swelled with refugees and more remnants of the scattered Justice, until they became a mighty force in their own right. Sculpted and shaped by the mind of Izlimak, a powerful psion, the royals and the lawmen of old meshed, becoming that which the old nobility could only dream of ruling: a true Empire, known as the Tribunal. No longer would they be content to sit passively and protect; instead, they would actively administer and rule. From the ashes of the Justice and the Nobles, rose this new organization; harder, stronger, and often more ruthless, in the name of Order. They drove back the Syndicate from Miruvhor, reclaiming it, then did the same to the Watchers within the ruins of Val Miran, rebuilding it. The Tribunal empire, unlike the Justice of old, is welcoming to those of all paths and all faiths, so long as they share their dedication to the law. Ruled over by the Council, and protected by the Adjudicators, their rule over the three major cities of Rheydin, Val Miran, and Miruvhor is absolute and indisputable. Challenging it results in swift and often terrible punishments. Entrance Requirements

Experienced as enforcers and fighters, these men and women were among the more influential members of the movement. They became the first of the Tribunal's Adjudicators. The adjudicators are the enforcers, judges, and the hands of the law. Their sole duty is to travel the lands and make certain that those whom have crossed the laws of the Tribunal are rightfully prosecuted. Assimilating their former training with some newly acquired abilities, the Adjudicators are better equipped, with skills and powers to track and incapacitate criminals, than their predecessors. Distraught for being helpless against the tide of chaos, their desire to restore order increased until they could endure no more. As these men and women of the law grew anxious and disgusted by the rampant crime plaguing the unguarded cities, they decided to band together under the Tribunal as representatives of the cities. These members of the Council have dedicated their lives to restoring political control over the lawful cities of Aabahran. Their primary objectives are to create and maintain laws as well as to enforce them through passive defensive means. Escorted by the Tribunal's Blood Guards, they sit within their watchtowers bringing peace and security to the cities they guard.
